Yes — every parcel ships with DHL and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Which currency do I pay in?

Prices and shipping are shown in your country's currency — euro in most of the EU, and Czech koruna, Danish krone, Hungarian forint, Polish złoty, Romanian leu or Swedish krona where that's the local currency. The rates on this page are the euro equivalents; your checkout total is always the amount you'll be charged.

Why is chocolate limited in summer?

Chocolate doesn't enjoy a parcel van at 35 °C. During the warmest months we reduce the chocolate range rather than ship bars that arrive melted. Gummies, chewy candy and salty snacks travel fine all year. The full chocolate shelf returns in autumn.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email support@entry49.com with a photo and your order number. A real person replies, usually within 24 hours, and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Not yet. Outside the single market, customs handling makes small food parcels slow and expensive. If that changes, you'll read it here first.
